1) Initial Extraction: Removing dry soil is important. The carpet is thoroughly vacuumed with a special Turbine Vacuum System to dislodge and extract the dirt and dust that has accumulated in your carpet. This removes around 80% of the soil and contaminants.

2)  UVC Sterilize: We destroy House Dust Mites, fleas, allergens, bacteria, viruses, fungal spores, and other harmful micro-organisms using our patented UVC germicidal lamp unit (No chemicals or 'bacterial washes or pesticides' just powerful UVC radiation).

3) Sanitize:
We apply our dry carpet compound containing the latest Micro-Splitting technology which works on contact and quite literally "Shatters" the bond that's holding the soil to the carpet fibres.

4) Agitation
Agitation is then performed with a machine or by hand (depending on carpet type and soil levels) allowing further loosening of heavily soiled areas. The soil particles are now released ready for extraction.

5) Final Extraction: Not just dirt and soil removal, but removal of a whole list of harmful bacteria, viruses, fungal spores, dust mites, insect eggs, faeces & dead carcasses, fleas, detritus sediments, plus pollens, tobacco residue, and old carpet cleaning chemicals.

6) Carpet Grooming
The carpet pile is set in one direction so that the fibres are in the best position for the ultimate visual appeal. Please note that not all styles of carpet require grooming. Your technician will be able to identify your carpet style and if it needs grooming.

**Furniture
Light Sofas, tables and chairs will be moved. After cleaning under these items, each piece will be put back in its original position. Beds, dressers, and heavier pieces of furniture are left in place under our regular pricing structure, these items can be moved upon your request and at an additional cost.
